CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT? Given the nature of my product, I cannot accept returns. Sorry unfortunately we can’t offer
any refunds. Exchanges on DAMAGED PRODUCTS see below.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged. A Photo must be taken and sent to us of proof of damage to your product and shipping package. It will be exchanged for the same item, send us an email at scentsbye.me@gmail.com . I will notify you if your photo is acceptable for an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
